Louis Vuitton in Cergy seeks an Audiovisual Communication Intern to produce video and learning content for Client Care. 4‑month internship starting May 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Care Service (store support and Central) and collaborate with regional repair centres and stores to produce omnichannel content.
- Produce institutional multimedia assets including written scripts, photography, short films and video sequences that reflect the Maison’s artistic direction.
- Develop learning and training video content for Care experts in boutiques, ensuring pedagogical clarity and brand alignment.
- Manage multiple video assemblies autonomously — animations, creative concepts, adaptations and format conversions for different channels.
- Translate Louis Vuitton’s artistic vision and technical savoir-faire into concise audiovisual deliverables adapted to retail and internal training contexts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master-level) programme in audiovisual communication, film/video production or a business school with an audiovisual specialisation.
- Availability to start in May 2026 for a four-month internship based at the Cergy-Pontoise logistics site.
- Creative curiosity, strong visual sensibility and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluent spoken and written English.

Experience
Entry-level internship open to students; no prior professional experience required though previous academic or portfolio work in video production is advantageous.
Education
Master-level student (Bac+4/5) in audiovisual communication, film/video production or equivalent business school specialisation.
