Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and logistical support to the Digital & Client Development department and to the assistant of the Senior Vice President.
  • Coordinate office supplies, manage departmental stock and process routine purchase requests.
  • Support daily operations: visitor reception, room service coordination and meeting preparation (invitations, room bookings, materials).
  • Assist colleagues with internal tools and processes (purchase orders, expense reports, travel) and deliver peer training where required.
  • Organise internal events and team moments, handling logistics and on‑site coordination.
  • Manage calendar scheduling and meeting organisation for the department.
  • Support HR administrative activities including tracking internal and external headcount, micro‑zoning and logistics for new‑joiner onboarding sessions.
  • Coordinate internal communications actions and contribute to preparation of presentations and ad‑hoc departmental projects.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and act as a dependable point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 (equivalent Bachelor) programme in business, management, HR, communication or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple dossiers simultaneously.
  • Discretion, diplomacy and a customer‑oriented attitude.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate varying working hours and a fast‑paced commercial environment.
