Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an exemplary Sales Advisor and role model for the team.
  • Embody the brand's client experience ethos, demonstrating empathy, curiosity, agility, and commercial acumen.
  • Welcome each client and deliver exceptional service.
  • Advise clients on the brand and its full range of products, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and excellence.
  • Exhibit commercial leadership and advanced clienteling skills, utilizing available tools to retain clients, recruit new ones, and develop long-term relationships.
  • Achieve individual objectives and contribute to team sales targets, being accountable for team sales results.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including floor management, client reception, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Understand and implement company strategy and policies within the team.
  • Proactively assist managers in prioritizing client-centricity within the team.
  • Support the Manager in team development and coaching, and participate in the onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist the Manager in executing clienteling action plans to expand the client portfolio.
