Louis Vuitton Assistant Store Manager position in Paris. Lead luxury retail sales team and drive customer experience at Paris boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Model excellence in client service and advise customers on brand heritage and all product categories with advanced product knowledge
  • Demonstrate commercial leadership and advanced clienteling skills to retain existing customers, recruit new clients, and build long-term relationships using available tools
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team and store objectives, maintaining accountability for team sales results
  • Execute team management duties including floor organization, client reception, and store opening/closing procedures
  • Assist the Store Manager in developing and coaching team members, including onboarding and integration of new hires
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement customer portfolio development and category performance plans aligned with company strategy

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with back-office systems and retail tools
