Louis Vuitton Assistant Store Manager position in Paris. Lead luxury retail sales team and drive customer experience at Paris boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Model excellence in client service and advise customers on brand heritage and all product categories with advanced product knowledge
- Demonstrate commercial leadership and advanced clienteling skills to retain existing customers, recruit new clients, and build long-term relationships using available tools
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team and store objectives, maintaining accountability for team sales results
- Execute team management duties including floor organization, client reception, and store opening/closing procedures
- Assist the Store Manager in developing and coaching team members, including onboarding and integration of new hires
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement customer portfolio development and category performance plans aligned with company strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Proficiency with back-office systems and retail tools
- Strong teamwork, rigor, versatility, and availability
