Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a role model for team members by providing exemplary customer service and maintaining a high level of product knowledge across all categories.
  • Demonstrate commercial leadership and advanced clienteling skills to retain and recruit clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall sales goals, taking responsibility for the team's sales performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to manage daily store operations, including floor management, client reception, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Understand and implement company strategies and policies within the team.
  • Support the Manager in developing and coaching the team, including integrating new hires.
  • Assist the Manager in creating and executing specific action plans to expand the client portfolio and enhance category performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.

Skills

Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Proficiency with back-office tools. Team spirit, rigor, versatility, and availability. Curiosity and active listening skills. Excellent communication abilities. Adaptability and proactivity. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.
