Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model for team members by providing exemplary customer service and maintaining a high level of product knowledge across all categories.
- Demonstrate commercial leadership and advanced clienteling skills to retain and recruit clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall sales goals, taking responsibility for the team's sales performance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to manage daily store operations, including floor management, client reception, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Understand and implement company strategies and policies within the team.
- Support the Manager in developing and coaching the team, including integrating new hires.
- Assist the Manager in creating and executing specific action plans to expand the client portfolio and enhance category performance.
