Louis Vuitton seeks Assistant Store Director for Men's South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA. Lead luxury retail operations, team development, and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, coaching, and development of a high-performing men's store team with regular feedback and individual development plans
  • Drive client engagement, retention, and repurchase through elevated selling, clienteling, and relationship-building strategies within the men's business
  • Role model exceptional selling behaviors and lead the sales floor to ensure strong performance, engagement, and execution
  • Support oversight of store operations, processes, and standards while partnering with the Store Director on business performance and budget management
  • Build personal client portfolio and drive cross-selling and repurchase through effective floor leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in luxury or premium retail environments
  • Strong affinity for men's product and service excellence
  • Demonstrated capability in team leadership and people development
  • Passion for client relationship-building and commercial acumen

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to USD 170,000 per annum.
