Role & Responsibilities
- Act as second-in-command to the Store Director, leading daily store operations and ensuring a consistent, exceptional Client experience across all product categories (leather goods, ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories, fine jewelry & watches, travel and Objets Nomades).
- Coach, mentor and develop store teams through hands-on leadership, regular feedback and individual development plans to increase engagement, sales capability and retention.
- Drive business performance and Client development through proactive selling, clienteling strategies, bespoke launches, personalization and repair services, and by monitoring KPIs.
- Oversee budgeting, P&L accountability and operational controls to meet financial targets while maintaining brand standards.
- Lead recruiting, interviewing and onboarding to build a motivated, high-performing team aligned with the maison’s service standards.
- Serve as a role model on the sales floor: conduct floor management, merchandising execution and ensure premium visual presentation and customer flows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in premium or luxury retail, with proven leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in people development, performance management and building high-performing retail teams.
- Proven experience with store-level P&L management, budget oversight and KPIs.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills with a track record of developing repeat high-value clientele.
- Ability to be highly present on the sales floor and lead by example in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in premium or luxury retail, including supervisory or managerial duties overseeing store operations, team development and financial performance.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 160,000 to USD 175,000 per annum.
