Louis Vuitton Paris: One-year apprenticeship as Assistant, Retail People Development. Support training and learning initiatives for retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of new retail training projects and supporting materials
- Monitor ongoing projects and propose corrective actions as required
- Consolidate information to create presentations for the Retail Engagement team
- Support the creation and enhancement of training content across multiple formats (One-Pagers, Daily Moments, Learning Articles)
- Organize and coordinate training sessions via Zoom, webinar, and in-person formats
- Update and maintain performance dashboards to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Provide managers with synthesized KPIs to support decision-making
- Conduct data mining and analysis of relevant information for various projects
- Collaborate across headquarters departments and regional branches on special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Year 4 or Year 5 of a Grande École (business school) program or equivalent Master's degree
- Strong interest in learning and development within a retail context
- Passion for the luxury industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of design software (InDesign and Photoshop)
- Fluent in both English and French

No prior professional experience required; candidates should be graduate students in their final years of study.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a Grande École (engineering or business school) or equivalent Master's program in a related field (business, marketing, retail management, or similar).
