Role & Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and production activities under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager
- Oversee daily supplier relationships, including material proposals, component management, production coordination, and commercial negotiation
- Liaise with LVMH group Maisons to ensure alignment and delivery of visual merchandising materials
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives with Supply Chain, Logistics, and related functions
- Advance sustainability objectives by ensuring 100% supplier auditing, sourcing certified materials, and contributing to CO2 emissions reduction programmes
- Monitor key performance indicators including production timelines, budgets, inventory levels, supplier performance, material specifications, and sustainability metrics
- Verify supplier documentation compliance, including contracts, compliance certifications, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and related legal requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university programme
- Demonstrated interest in ready-to-wear fashion and luxury apparel
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional maturity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Fluent English (essential due to international communications context)
- Italian language skills preferred
