Role & Responsibilities
- Consult with the LVM design department to finalize design specifications for furniture, fixtures, and equipment used in stores.
- Obtain quotations and place orders from overseas and local suppliers based on design specifications.
- Coordinate between overseas suppliers, LVM, and domestic design and construction companies.
- Manage logistics and customs clearance coordination with overseas suppliers and receivers.
- Track costs and estimate budgets.
- Monitor schedules and provide estimations.
- Track warehouse stock availability and coordinate in-out movements.
- Oversee maintenance after store openings.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
