Louis Vuitton in Paris (1er) seeks an Assistant Project Manager — Women's Leather Goods intern starting Sep 2026 for a 6‑month full‑time internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager for Women’s Leather Goods in coordinating product development for press and merchandising, ensuring quality, cost and timing objectives are met.
- Prepare product launch documentation and create product nomenclatures / Bills of Materials (BOMs) for press and merch sets.
- Analyse material needs and process orders for leathers, canvas/textiles and metal hardware; monitor material supply and supplier deliveries.
- Initiate and follow VIP/VIC product orders and manage production follow‑up for show invitation envelopes (brief studio, source materials, supervise manufacturing).
- Track and follow up on invoicing related to projects and supplier transactions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university or equivalent (Master level / Bac+4 or Bac+5).
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; prior exposure to PLM systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to product, ideally with knowledge or interest in leather goods and fashion accessories.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, effective time management and the ability to work autonomously.
- Proactive, rigorous, detail‑oriented and willing to take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.

Entry‑level internship: open to students (Bac+4/Bac+5). No prior professional experience required, though prior exposure to product development or leather goods is advantageous.
