Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Innovation Manager in driving research and product development projects and ensure smooth handover to development teams.
- Gather and translate internal stakeholder requirements (Market, Design, Client teams) into clear technical specifications and project briefs.
- Conduct technological scouting and sample research to identify promising materials and solutions.
- Coordinate and run laboratory and industrial trials of materials; validate outcomes against defined test criteria.
- Supervise prototype fabrication in in‑house ateliers and evaluate feasibility for industrialisation.
- Act as technical point of contact for external partners and suppliers, maintaining collaborative relationships.
- Animate and align the cross‑functional project team and communicate progress to stakeholders (Sourcing, Product, Materials, Marketing).
- Manage project documentation, timelines and deliverables to ensure objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a master’s level engineering, business school or university programme (Bac+4 / Bac+5).
- Specialisation in textiles, materials science, chemistry or innovation preferred.
- Strong command of English.
- Proven analytical and synthesis skills with a project‑management mindset.
- Good interpersonal skills, active listening and ability to build internal and external networks.
- Proactive, rigorous, autonomous and comfortable taking initiative.
