Louis Vuitton seeks an Assistant Project Manager for Prestige High Jewelry in Paris. 6-month internship starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage project tracking for Prestige Collections, including provision of CAD files and resin samples to internal stakeholders for press shoots and presentations
- Prepare agendas for weekly creative review meetings in coordination with project managers and workshops
- Monitor procurement activities across the department
- Track project milestones for complete collections
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives; document and formalize processes
- Data entry, verification, and updates in dedicated tools for monthly order processing
- Monitor project milestones for an assigned portfolio of pieces with workshop teams
- Input product nomenclatures into SAP and develop a centralized product database
- Track and manage stone supply chain
- Serve as liaison with IT teams to optimize and adapt tools including Excel, PLM, and SAP systems
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for project tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Development, Procurement, Planning, or Logistics
- Demonstrated ability to work with rigor and precision
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proactive work approach
- Organized, intellectually curious, with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Sensitivity to fine jewelry craftsmanship and luxury products
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience
Entry-level. Candidates should be in advanced academic training (Master's 2 level or equivalent engineering program) with foundational knowledge of supply chain, product development, procurement, or logistics, but minimal to no professional work experience required.
Education
Master's degree (M2), engineering degree, or equivalent university-level qualification in Supply Chain, Product Development, Procurement, Planning, or Logistics.
