Louis Vuitton internship: 6-month Project Manager Assistant role in Paris for Leather Goods press products, September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate launch of press and merchandising product sets, including preparation of product launch documentation and nomenclature creation
- Analyze material requirements and orders for leather goods production, encompassing leather, canvas, textiles, and metal components
- Monitor material supply chain and procurement processes
- Track and manage material and product invoicing
- Launch and oversee VIP/VIC orders, including supply chain coordination and manufacturing follow-up with in-house workshops
- Launch and monitor exhibition envelope production, including creative brief collection, material ordering, and manufacturing oversight
- Manage invoice tracking and reconciliation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, university, or equivalent institution
- Pursuing Bac+4/+5 level studies or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems preferred
- Demonstrated product sensitivity, particularly within leather goods and luxury goods production
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; students with demonstrated interest in luxury goods production and project management are encouraged to apply. Prior internship experience in product development or supply chain management is beneficial but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+4/+5 level qualification (business school, engineering school, or university degree program).
