Louis Vuitton Paris: 6-month internship as Assistant Project Manager for omnichannel care experience transformation, September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement customer care journeys and key experience milestones across omnichannel channels in collaboration with retail and LV Neo IT teams
- Participate in design, build, and deployment phases of the in-store Care application revamp, including product recognition, customer notifications, digital passports, and related features
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and ad-hoc research studies on Care service offerings
- Study and support implementation of the Care service offering clustering proposal
- Contribute to the omnichannel customer care transformation program under the supervision of the Experience Care Manager
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or engineering school (final-year intern or gap-year student)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) required
- Prior experience in retail or digital customer-focused environments preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Entry-level or no prior professional experience required; prior exposure to retail or digital customer experience projects is advantageous.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a business school or engineering school.
