Role & Responsibilities
- Support and co‑pilot the industrialisation of new leather goods, ensuring projects meet deadlines, cost targets and quality standards.
- Independently manage assigned product development projects from validation to production, tracking schedules and deliverables.
- Coordinate and animate cross‑functional project teams (product, industrialisation, quality, supply, production), organise meetings and disseminate planning.
- Conduct and drive product/process risk analyses through to production release.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardisation of development tools and methodologies used by project managers.
- Ensure adherence to Maison standards for margin, referencing, aesthetic requirements and customer expectations during roll‑out.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme specialising in industrial project management or engineering (engineering school track accepted).
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, rigor and responsiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening and ease in stakeholder management.
- Practical interest for leather goods and artisanal manufacturing environments.
- Driver’s licence (Permis B) and access to a vehicle to travel between two workshops (~10 km).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
