Role & Responsibilities

• Support development and production project management across an assigned jewelry portfolio, collaborating closely with project leads to define objectives through technical specification analysis and specification review
• Establish project timelines covering development, industrialization, and production phases; monitor scheduling risks and manage contingencies
• Coordinate procurement processes including request for proposals (RFP) management and quotation preparation for jewelry components and manufacturing services
• Track pre-production series and initial purchase orders to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met
• Support dual-sourcing initiatives from development through first production order, optimizing supplier performance on price, quality, volume, and lead times
• Conduct systematic cost-benefit analysis on sourcing optimization outcomes, documenting savings achieved across price, capacity, and operational efficiency
• Maintain and update development budgets on a weekly basis
• Prepare technical specifications and consolidate technical documentation files for production handoff
• Capture and validate product information in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) database
• Standardize and harmonize performance dashboards across the team
• Update and maintain the Launchmetrics prototype management tool to track all prototype movements within the department
• Implement reverse engineering (countertyping) processes for components from newly partnered suppliers
• Monitor production performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement initiatives and delivery targets
• Participate actively in continuous improvement programs and process optimization initiatives
• Manage prototype inventory, custody records, and related administrative tracking
• Process and track requisition requests and purchasing documentation

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completing a final-year Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent university program
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and precision in technical work
• Possesses solid understanding of product technicality and manufacturing constraints
• Exhibits agility and autonomy while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communicative abilities, both written and verbal, with professional diplomatic approach
• Proactive in proposing solutions and adding value to projects
• Fluent in French and English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Product sensitivity and demonstrated passion for jewelry design and production (highly valued)
