Louis Vuitton seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support jewelry launches and e-commerce operations in Paris, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track jewelry product launches on LV.com in coordination with the e-merchandising team
- Write and edit product descriptions for digital platform launches
- Maintain and update delivery timelines for all digital assets (photography, video, written content)
- Coordinate the creation of product 3D models for Virtual Try-On (VTO) and personalization features; manage briefs, feedback, and deadline compliance
- Ensure continuous maintenance and optimization of LV.com jewelry offerings
- Assist in organizing photography shoot logistics, including location, transport, and equipment coordination
- Participate on set during shoots: prepare jewelry pieces and coordinate styling on models
- Review and provide feedback on post-production work, including retouching of product shots and on-model imagery via Wayqoop
- Organize and archive deliverables systematically within the internal photo library
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research relevant to jewelry offerings
- Update and maintain the styling guide with new jewelry collections
- Support ad-hoc cross-functional projects including still-life photography and boutique point-of-sale material development
Qualifications
- Rigorous, organized, and proactive mindset
- Proficiency with digital environments and collaborative tools
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and genuine interest in luxury goods
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with responsiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with flawless French orthography
