Role & Responsibilities

• Support development project management across assigned jewelry portfolios, including objective definition through analysis of designs and technical specifications
• Coordinate development phases, industrialization scheduling, and production timelines whilst managing risk and contingencies
• Oversee request for proposals (RFP), prepare quotations, and track pre-series and initial production orders
• Manage dual-sourcing initiatives to optimize pricing, quality, quantities, and delivery timelines whilst documenting savings achieved
• Monitor and update development budgets on a weekly basis
• Draft technical specifications, consolidate technical documentation, and maintain accuracy of product information in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) database
• Standardize performance dashboards and KPI tracking to support continuous improvement objectives
• Update Launchmetrics prototyping management system to track all prototype movements within the department
• Support counter-sampling implementation with new industrial partners
• Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Manage administrative and regulatory tasks including prototype tracking and procurement follow-up

Qualifications

• Final-year Master's student (engineering school, business school, or equivalent university qualification)
• Exceptional rigor and precision with strong understanding of product technical specifications
• Fluent French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated affinity for jewelry and luxury goods sector preferred
