Louis Vuitton seeks an Assistant Project Manager for a 6-month care services internship in Paris. Support program transformation, tool development, and global deployment projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Retail) for the Care services management tool; develop wireframes and functional specifications; oversee tool development with the Data Care team; conduct testing and validate functionality
- Consolidate and organize existing program documentation, including insights, onboarding materials, and key reference documents; conduct competitive benchmarking and process mapping; update and enhance documentation as needed; create new support materials
- Support the global rollout of the Shoes Care & Repair project; consolidate results and identify best practices across regions; serve as liaison for regional requests; develop communications and training materials for project deployment
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of a business school or engineering school program
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent synthesis abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within teams
- Fluent in English and French (written and oral)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI is advantageous

Experience
Beginner-level experience acceptable for a student in the final year of studies; demonstrated interest in the luxury sector and its operational challenges is valued.
Education
Enrolled in the final year of a business school or engineering school program.
