Louis Vuitton internship: Assistant Project Manager for Care Services in Paris. 6-month full-time program beginning September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, and Retail) to define specifications for a Care program management tool
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to define visual and functional characteristics of the monitoring tool
- Track development progress of the Care program tool in collaboration with the Data Care team
- Conduct testing and validate tool functionality before deployment
- Centralize and organize existing program documentation, insights, and onboarding materials
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and process mapping across the global organization
- Update and enhance documentation based on identified needs and create new support materials as required
- Consolidate results from the Shoes Care & Repair project and identify global best practices
- Serve as liaison for requests and inquiries from different geographic regions
- Participate in developing communication and training materials for project rollout and team enablement
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of a business school or engineering program
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
