Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic design and structuring of EMEA retail career development paths, mapping key competencies and defining corresponding learning modules.
  • Create and adapt pedagogical content using advanced content-design methodologies to ensure relevance, engagement and measurable learning outcomes.
  • Develop internal communication assets (infographics, newsletters, promotional videos, training portals) to promote development opportunities and drive participation.
  • Coordinate logistics for multi-country training programs and events: venue selection, speaker management, scheduling, participant administration and cost optimisation.
  • Monitor training KPIs and participant feedback, producing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement of programmes.
  • Collaborate closely with retail managers, subject-matter experts and L&D stakeholders to align content with business needs and talent strategies.
  • Contribute to the annual training planning cycle by anticipating skill needs and proposing adjustments to maximise program impact.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in HR, Learning & Development, Communications, Business, Education or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (bilingual required).
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and deliver under pressure across multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Creative sensibility and a strong eye for luxury-brand tone, detail and visual presentation.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital communication channels; experience in event logistics or communications is a clear advantage.
