Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative pedagogical content aligned with strategic retail talent development and career progression requirements, collaborating closely with managers and field experts
- Structure clear and inspiring career development pathways by identifying core competencies at each stage and developing corresponding training modules
- Implement advanced content design methodologies to ensure effectiveness, attractiveness, and measurable impact of training modules on professional development
- Create and manage compelling internal communication tools to showcase career development and advancement opportunities within the retail function
- Develop innovative communication assets including infographics, promotional videos, dedicated newsletters, and training portals to inform, motivate, and engage teams
- Coordinate the organisation and delivery of complex training programmes whilst maintaining strategic alignment with retail talent development objectives
- Manage comprehensive event logistics including venue selection, speaker coordination, resource allocation, and cost optimisation
- Participate actively in annual training planning cycles, anticipate future needs, and propose strategic adjustments to maximise programme impact
- Monitor training KPIs rigorously and recommend continuous improvements based on participant feedback and evolving business requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at or recent graduate from a leading business school
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to thrive in rapidly evolving environments whilst balancing multiple competing priorities
