Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative pedagogical content aligned with retail career development and skills advancement objectives in collaboration with managers and subject matter experts
  • Create clear, inspiring career development pathways by identifying key competencies at each stage and designing corresponding training modules
  • Implement advanced content design methodologies to ensure effectiveness, engagement, and measurable impact on professional development outcomes
  • Create and manage impactful internal communication tools to promote development opportunities and career pathways within the retail function
  • Develop innovative communication supports including infographics, promotional videos, dedicated newsletters, and training portals to inform and motivate teams
