Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop pedagogical content for retail career development paths aligned with strategic skill and career objectives across EMEA.
  • Structure clear, stage-based career development paths and define corresponding training modules and learning outcomes.
  • Apply content-design methodologies to enhance the pedagogical effectiveness, engagement and impact of each learning module.
  • Create and manage internal communication assets (infographics, promotional videos, newsletters, learning portals) to promote development opportunities and engage retail teams.
  • Coordinate the logistics and delivery of complex training programs: venue selection, speaker management, resource allocation and cost optimisation.
  • Support annual training planning, monitor training KPIs and collect participant feedback to recommend iterative improvements.
  • Ensure a seamless participant experience during programmes and provide operational support to managers and subject-matter experts.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Business, Communication, HR, Learning & Development, Luxury Management or equivalent).
  • Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative sensibility with a strong eye for luxury detail and high aesthetic standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (full professional proficiency).
  • Proficiency with social media channels for internal engagement and basic content production (infographics, video, newsletters).
  • Prior internship or experience in events, communications or learning & development is a plus.
