Louis Vuitton Internship: Production Assistant (Men's Ready-to-Wear), Paris. Manage seasonal stock flows, SAP operations, and logistics coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot seasonal end-of-life return flows, monitor inventories, manage system movements, and coordinate logistics to optimise stock management
- Serve as the guarantor of manufacturer stock reliability by liaising directly with supply partners, analysing variances, and tracking stock adjustments
- Handle administrative tasks with efficiency, including collection and archiving of manufacturer attestations, mailing coordination, and return tracking
- Identify and resolve SAP anomalies and reception issues with the logistics service provider (Deret), proposing agile, rapid solutions
- Manage material issue vouchers (BSM) via SAP to ensure traceability and availability of raw materials throughout production cycles
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university programme
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Familiarity with digital tools: Excel, PLM, and SAP preferred
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector and specifically ready-to-wear fashion desirable
