Louis Vuitton in Sainte Florence (Pays de la Loire) seeks an Assistant Production Manager (Work‑Study) on an alternance contract starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and animate daily production KPIs to ensure adherence to quality, quantity and delivery targets.
- Conduct daily shop‑floor rounds to plan the day’s production programme, review previous results and track work‑in‑progress.
- Follow up on daily production, implement temporary adjustments when necessary to maintain continuity and safety.
- Define daily and short‑term capacity/load (S+1) and allocate human resources according to priorities and constraints.
- Support the methods team to identify, implement and follow up continuous improvement actions across processes and line organisation.
- Execute ad hoc tasks linked to the management team's calendar and the cadence of the production unit.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a work‑study (alternance) programme at BAC+4 or BAC+5 level in production management, industrial engineering, operations management or equivalent.
- First experience in an assistant or support role within an operational/production environment.
- Strong observational skills, organisational rigour and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, team orientation, autonomy and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Interest in industrial/manufacturing environments and willingness to work on the shop floor.

Entry‑level; candidate should have at least a first experience in an assistant or support function, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Suitable for candidates joining through an alternance programme.
Education
