Louis Vuitton seeks an intern assistant for footwear product & merchandising in Paris. Hybrid role supporting collection development and product coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in and monitor collection development in coordination with the Product Manager
- Assist in establishing collection presentation meetings and prepare collection mappings
- Conduct competitive analysis and ad hoc studies on pricing, positioning, and market trends
- Create sales support tools for the showroom, including showroom books, material reference guides, and lookbooks
- Support showroom setup and organization
- Develop briefs for product photography shoots including campaign, trade, category, and product-focus content
- Lead coordination of packshot, e-commerce, and product video shoots for assigned category
- Oversee post-production photo retouching and manage press kit compilations
- Manage prototype inventory on a daily basis and coordinate loans to press, campaigns, and studios
- Serve as central coordinator liaising between industrial teams, design, press, and marketing functions
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or university Master's programme
- Strong sensitivity to fashion and luxury sectors with demonstrated interest in footwear category
- Authentic fashion culture and knowledge
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
- Creative thinking and comfort in a versatile coordinator role
- Fluent English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
