Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate global requirements and requests for in‑store guidelines across eight geographic zones (LVA, EMEA, China, HKM, Taiwan, South‑Asia, Korea, Japan).
  • Support the drafting, coordination and tracking of in‑store guideline briefs for Fashion launches and seasonal moments.
  • Manage the relationship with external agencies during development: transmit briefs, coordinate samples, oversee timelines and consolidate feedback.
  • Coordinate transversally with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Press and Retail teams to ensure consistency and validation of deliverables.
  • Oversee development and logistics of retail and clienteling assets (lookbooks, sales tools): production follow‑up, allocation by zone and shipment management.
  • Support zones in daily execution of in‑store activations, supervise delivery of assets to local warehouses and monitor roll‑out progress.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse worldwide action plans and post‑event reports; synthesise feedback and identify best practices.
  • Produce monthly performance reporting and KPI analysis (costs, qualitative feedback, activation effectiveness) and contribute to in‑store market studies.
  • Conduct competitor monitoring and propose strategic and creative recommendations to enrich activations.
  • Support preparation and coordination for store openings (activation programming, asset development and logistics).

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in final year of a Master's (Master 2) programme in business, marketing or equivalent (work‑study/apprenticeship).
  • Previous internship or experience in the luxury sector, preferably in retail and/or clienteling, is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, rigorous and attentive to detail with a sound appreciation of luxury codes and standards.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills; ability to coordinate multiple zones and cross‑functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Pack Office (PPT & Excel).
