Louis Vuitton EMEA Alternance: Assistant Private Client Relations in Paris, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate Private Client Relations activities between international headquarters and regional country managers within EMEA zone
- Curate client selections and oversee hospitality programmes for fashion shows, exceptional events (Haute Horlogerie and Haute Joaillerie), and sporting events
- Prepare post-event reports with detailed Excel analyses and PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinate private artisanal workshop visits across Asnières, Vendôme, Grasse, Fiesso, and Geneva locations
- Manage projects end-to-end while measuring direct impact of implemented initiatives
- Engage regularly with clients both backstage and on-floor during exclusive events
- Support team managers with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business School or University programme with Marketing or Communication specialisation
- Demonstrated retail experience with proven client-facing capability
- Fluent French and advanced English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Deep understanding of luxury codes, etiquette, and professional presence
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
