Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce retail operational policies, SOPs and internal controls across stores; ensure communications and training for store teams.
  • Conduct regular store visits to verify adherence to operational standards, stock controls and client experience protocols.
  • Partner with country leadership and cross-functional teams to identify retail opportunities and deploy solutions that improve sell-through and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate merchandising activities for launches, new store openings, retail activations and client events, liaising with zone merchandising and supply chain.
  • Act as the on-the-ground bridge between store leadership and zone merchandising, collecting store feedback and ensuring launch execution with visual merchandising.
  • Collect, analyse and report on sales, inventory and other KPIs; maintain dashboards and provide ad hoc analytical support and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement and change management in retail processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in retail or the luxury sector, with exposure to store operations and merchandising coordination.
  • High proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, for analysis and stakeholder reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to synthesise data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of influencing across store teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Professional, self-motivated and results-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
