Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct and execute brand event initiatives to deliver elevated and memorable brand experiences in line with brand standards and objectives
  • Coordinate all operational and administrative aspects of events with production agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Gather and consolidate requirements from relevant segments and ensure all schedule updates are reflected accurately and promptly
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with agencies and third-party vendors, preparing all necessary documents and materials in advance
  • Execute external, client, and seasonal events in collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure flawless delivery
  • Support the preparation of event planning materials and documentation, including venue, dining, and hospitality arrangements
  • Track and monitor competitor brands' events and hospitality programs, and share relevant market insights with the event team regularly
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, reports, and related administrative follow-up
  • Plan and execute store activation initiatives, including opening events for pop-up stores and the development of café menus and related customer experience elements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in promotions, events, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Fluency in both Korean and English
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
