Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver end-to-end client-related digital solutions, including marketing automation, content and social capabilities to enhance client acquisition, retention and engagement.
  • Design technical capabilities that serve both retail and eRetail channels to drive automation, efficiency and personalised client journeys.
  • Lead iterative solution implementation and continuous digital capability enrichment in close collaboration with global and local cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify optimisation opportunities across operational processes and client journeys, ensuring solutions align with commercial objectives.
  • Manage digital projects to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, quality and budget control while minimising technical debt and avoiding duplication of capabilities.
  • Drive change management to secure business adoption and ensure smooth transitions across functions.
  • Establish standardised monitoring mechanisms across local customer solutions and collaborate with solution owners to improve robustness and performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in digital technology to proactively recommend enhancements to the digital roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record building end-to-end digital solutions from concept through to delivery; experience with MA/SFoA is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate trade-offs in technical and solution selection to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Collaborative team spirit with a pragmatic problem-solving approach and willingness to mentor peers.
  • Passion for luxury retail, new technologies and an appreciation for design aesthetics.

Experience
