Louis Vuitton internship: Assistant Jewelry Project Manager in Paris, 6-month hybrid role supporting product launches and jewelry campaigns, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track product launches on LV.com in coordination with the e-merchandising team
- Draft product descriptions for launches on the Louis Vuitton digital platform
- Maintain and update delivery timelines for creative assets including imagery, video, and copy
- Monitor the creation of product models for Virtual Try-On functionality and personalization features, managing briefs, feedback, and deadline adherence
- Ensure continuous maintenance and operational quality of LV.com
- Assist in organizing product photography sessions, including logistics and transportation coordination
- Provide on-location support during shoots: active participation in styling preparation and mannequin presentation
- Manage post-production follow-up including retouching feedback via Wayqoop and proper archiving of deliverables in internal asset libraries
- Conduct competitive market analysis studies
- Update and maintain styling guides with new collections and product innovations
- Support cross-functional projects including still-life photography and boutique signage copywriting as required

Experience

Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a program in Fashion Management, Luxury Brand Management, Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or a related discipline. Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is expected.
