Louis Vuitton Paris internship: Assistant Designer, Visual Merchandising (6 months, Dec 2026)
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist senior VM designers in creating visual concepts and supporting materials, including plans, sketches, prototypes, mood boards, and design proposals
- Conduct trend research in visual merchandising, design, and retail environments to inform creative direction
- Produce precise technical drawings and specifications for the production of VM elements and fixtures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, operations, and architecture teams, as well as external vendors and suppliers
- Ensure strict adherence to Louis Vuitton brand guidelines and visual standards across all VM creations
Qualifications
- Portfolio of creative work spanning multiple disciplines beyond visual merchandising
- Proven experience through internships or projects in visual merchandising, spatial design, interior architecture, or applied arts
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and comprehensive understanding of luxury brand codes and positioning
- Proficiency in manual drawing and rapid sketching techniques
- Fluency in both French and English
