Louis Vuitton in Paris seeks an Assistant Designer (Travel & Hardsided) intern starting September 2026 — product design internship supporting the luggage team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Travel & Hardsided design team in daily design activities and project follow‑up.
  • Conduct trend and materials research to feed concept development and moodboards.
  • Prepare moodboards and propose creative concepts aligned with the maison’s aesthetic.
  • Produce 2D concept sketches and technical illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Create visuals, variations and image compositing in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Develop principle mockups and basic prototypes to communicate form and function.
  • Liaise with industrial, production and marketing teams to ensure concept feasibility and alignment.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a product or accessories design school (product, accessory or industrial design).
  • Demonstrated creativity with the ability to propose original and commercially aware concepts.
  • Strong sensitivity to product, image and materiality with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, rigorous and able to manage multiple small tasks to tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
