Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in collection, cleaning, and structuring of customer data to ensure data quality and integrity
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze relevant datasets from relational databases
- Collaborate with senior Data Analysts to identify key business insights from data and formulate actionable recommendations
- Contribute to automation of reporting and analysis through creation of dashboards and impactful visualizations, with particular focus on monitoring CRM activity
- Support ad hoc analysis projects addressing specific needs of business teams including Merchandising, Retail, and Commercial departments
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database architecture
- Currently enrolled in Bac +4 or higher program in statistics, computer science, data science, or equivalent discipline within a leading engineering or academic institution
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated interest in data analysis, retail dynamics, and luxury sector
- Effective teamwork and communication capabilities
- Fluency in both English and French
- Familiarity with Python or R programming languages (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or comparable data visualization platforms (preferred)
- Prior internship or work-study experience as a data analyst (preferred)
