Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily departmental dashboards and planning tools to ensure accurate visibility on materials and component flows.
- Coordinate planning and monitor weekly deliveries with suppliers, escalating and communicating priorities and supply risks to Production.
- Convene and lead cross‑functional meetings with Production and Warehouse to drive material availability and resolve anomalies.
- Support suppliers in entering delivery notes and documentation on the company portal; manage transits, warehouse receptions and discrepancy resolution.
- Create and monitor daily replenishment orders and follow up on deliveries for in‑store repair components (SAV).
- Prepare and manage masters and material reporting, including RSE (CSR) compliance tracking and related documentation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised fashion, business or engineering school (work‑study/alternance programme).
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
- Excellent command of Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables and VLOOKUP; familiarity with SAP, Power BI (PBI) and PLM is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor, autonomy and proactivity, with clear and professional communication.
- Team‑oriented mindset and prior internship or alternance experience in Purchasing, Supply or Logistics is appreciated, ideally within luxury or ready‑to‑wear.
