Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of business growth strategies by monitoring sales figures and aiding in the preparation of business reports.
- Conduct daily tracking of billing, update and optimize product and client data.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales analyses, monitoring regional performance, high jewelry collections, events, and retail.
- Create dashboards and tracking tools for events, and prepare analyses in collaboration with clienteling.
- Engage regularly with seven markets to monitor their commercial performance and billing plans.
- Support the preparation of cross-functional analyses in areas such as clienteling, pricing, finance, supply, and marketing.
- Participate in projects related to process evolution and integration into new in-house systems.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.
- Ideally, previous analytical experience in business analysis, merchandising, sales planning, or financial control.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI and automated dashboard creation is a plus.
- Strong interest in analysis and comfort with numerical data.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector, particularly high jewelry, is advantageous.
