Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily invoicing and optimize product and customer data management
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales analyses tracking regional performance, high jewelry collections, events, and retail metrics
  • Create dashboards and tracking tools for events in coordination with the clienteling team
  • Maintain regular contact with seven geographic markets to monitor commercial performance and billing projections
  • Support cross-functional analyses involving clienteling, pricing, finance, supply, and marketing teams
  • Assist in business process evolution projects and integration of new internal systems

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program
  • Ideally, prior analytical experience in business analysis, merchandising, sales planning, or management accounting
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Power BI experience and dashboard automation skills (macros, queries) are a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral
  • Comfort with numerical data and a genuine interest in analytical work
  • Familiarity with luxury and high jewelry segments is valued
