Louis Vuitton internship: Assistant Business Analyst, High Jewelry in Paris, September 2026. Support jewelry growth and analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily invoicing and optimize product and customer data management
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales analyses tracking regional performance, high jewelry collections, events, and retail metrics
- Create dashboards and tracking tools for events in coordination with the clienteling team
- Maintain regular contact with seven geographic markets to monitor commercial performance and billing projections
- Support cross-functional analyses involving clienteling, pricing, finance, supply, and marketing teams
- Assist in business process evolution projects and integration of new internal systems
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program
- Ideally, prior analytical experience in business analysis, merchandising, sales planning, or management accounting
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Power BI experience and dashboard automation skills (macros, queries) are a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Comfort with numerical data and a genuine interest in analytical work
- Familiarity with luxury and high jewelry segments is valued
