Louis Vuitton seeks an Assistant Business Analyst – High Jewelry for a 6-month internship in Paris (2nd arr.), starting March 2027. Hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily billing performance and optimize product and customer data systems in coordination with the Business Analyst
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales analyses to track regional, collection, event, and retail network performance across high jewelry and high watchmaking categories
  • Build event dashboards and tracking tools in advance of scheduled events; prepare post-event analyses in partnership with the clienteling team
  • Maintain regular communication with seven geographic markets to assess commercial performance and billing forecasts
  • Contribute to cross-functional analyses in liaison with clienteling, pricing, finance, supply chain, and marketing departments
  • Support business process evolution projects and participate in the integration of new enterprise systems
  • Execute supplementary projects aligned with individual strengths and interests as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program
  • Proven first experience in business analysis, merchandising, sales planning, or financial control
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, array formulas, etc.)
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual or highly proficient in English (written and oral)
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury sector aesthetics and business models, particularly high jewelry and high watchmaking
