Alternance Assistant Auxiliary Accounting at Louis Vuitton, Paris. One-year apprenticeship in accounting support for DCG candidates, starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and record supplier invoices daily
- Follow up with operational teams on invoices in validation workflows
- Track advance payments and prepayments
- Support inter-company balance reconciliation
- Develop and formalise productivity indicators for the accounting department
- Perform account matching and reconciliation
- Conduct account analyses including expense accounts, debtor supplier accounts, and non-invoiced expenses
- Participate in monthly and year-end closing procedures
- Liaise regularly with Finance Headquarters departments including auxiliary accounting, management control, financial control, tax, and treasury functions
Qualifications
- Bac+2 qualification exclusively as BTS Comptabilité or DUT GEA with Finance-Accounting specialisation
- Pursuing DCG (Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion) qualification via alternance
- Proficiency in English mandatory
- Proficiency in additional languages a distinct advantage
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Entry-level/beginner position; prior accounting internship or coursework experience beneficial but not required.
Education
Bac+2 (BTS Comptabilité or DUT GEA option Finance-Comptabilité). Currently pursuing or committed to pursuing DCG qualification.
