Louis Vuitton — Paris: Assistant Architect & Store Planning intern (July 2027) to support store projects, coordination and feasibility studies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Planning team to ensure the delivery of store fit-outs and construction projects to the required quality, budget and timeline.
  • Centralise and distribute project information across infrastructure, security, product, Visual Merchandising and finance teams to maintain coherence and workflow fluidity.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, identify variances and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare feasibility studies including preliminary technical and financial analyses to assess project viability.
  • Provide administrative and technical operational support across multiple store projects, including documentation and follow-up with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree or current enrolment in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building/Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • Proficiency in CAO tools; Rhino experience is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and the ability to track budgets and timelines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (English required).
  • Highly organised, autonomous, rigorous and adaptable with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural openness and enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
