Louis Vuitton Asset Protection Manager in Orlando, FL. Lead loss prevention and security across three retail locations; $105K–$115K + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce asset protection standards and internal control procedures to combat internal and external loss across multiple store locations
- Manage, train, and develop security staff members, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company policies
- Monitor inventory risks and manage physical security systems to maintain perpetual awareness of potential vulnerabilities
- Motivate store personnel to embrace loss prevention techniques and maintain compliance with company protocols
- Provide weekly quantitative and qualitative reports on losses, recoveries, and policy violations to department leaders and store management
- Ensure employee and store safety through ongoing training on fraud prevention, emergency response protocols, and risk awareness
- Collaborate closely with store management on security and personnel procedures to drive operational consistency and accountability
- Partner with store operations teams as a key stakeholder in loss prevention strategy and execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of asset protection, loss prevention, or security management experience
- Proven track record leading and developing security teams in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of internal control procedures and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and mitigating loss and theft vulnerabilities
- Proficiency in physical security systems and inventory management protocols
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in asset protection, loss prevention management, or security operations within a retail or high-value goods environment.
Education
