Louis Vuitton Asset Protection Manager in Orlando, FL: Lead multi-store loss prevention and security operations. $105K–$115K + bonus, full benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce asset protection standards and procedures to control internal and external loss across multiple locations
- Monitor internal controls, inventory risks, and physical security systems to maintain perpetual awareness of vulnerabilities
- Manage, train, and develop security personnel, motivating store teams to embrace loss prevention techniques
- Collaborate with store management on security procedures, personnel protocols, and emergency response planning
- Maintain ongoing awareness and training initiatives focused on employee safety, fraud prevention, and emergency response protocols
- Provide weekly quantitative and qualitative reports on losses, recoveries, and policy violations to department leaders and senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of asset protection, loss prevention, or retail security management experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate security personnel and store associates
- Demonstrated expertise in loss prevention strategies, inventory control, and risk assessment
- Strong knowledge of compliance procedures and enforcement of company policies
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner effectively with store operations teams
- Agile mindset with growth-oriented approach to continuous improvement and safety awareness
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in asset protection, loss prevention management, or retail security operations, with proven success in leading security teams, implementing loss prevention initiatives, and reducing shrink through strategic oversight and compliance enforcement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, security management, or related field preferred.
