Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all in-store asset protection and loss-prevention activities for the City Center boutique, ensuring company assets and inventory are protected.
- Design, implement and enforce store-level policies, procedures and internal controls to mitigate internal and external loss.
- Maintain continuous awareness of shrink drivers and apply data-driven strategies to reduce inventory loss and recoveries.
- Supervise, coach and develop the Asset Protection and security team; promote cross-training and career progression within the function.
- Deliver ongoing training to store personnel on prevention techniques, incident handling and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee and maintain electronic security infrastructure, including CCTV and alarm systems, and liaise with technical partners as needed.
- Prepare and present weekly quantitative and qualitative reports on losses, recoveries and policy violations to store leadership and regional teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison with corporate asset protection, local authorities and cross-functional store stakeholders to drive investigations and controls.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of progressive Loss Prevention / Asset Protection / Security supervision or management experience, preferably in multi-store retail.
- Formal training in investigations and interviewing (e.g., Wicklander or Reid interviewing and interrogation courses).
- Working knowledge of security technologies including CCTV and alarm systems.
- Proven experience supervising multiple staff members; prior management training is a plus.
- Retail background with strong understanding of store operations and inventory control procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient computer, systems and reporting capabilities.

Experience
5–8 years of loss prevention, asset protection or security management experience with demonstrated supervisory responsibility in a multi-store retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, business or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 per annum.
