Louis Vuitton seeks an Asset Protection Manager in Costa Mesa, CA to lead loss prevention, safety and security for its Orange County Maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day asset protection operations to safeguard employees, clients, merchandise and property across the store.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrink, mitigate risk and strengthen safety protocols.
- Manage, coach and develop the asset protection team; deliver loss-prevention and safety training to the broader store staff.
- Partner with the Store Director and senior management to provide guidance, risk assessments and innovative solutions for complex security challenges.
- Ensure consistent documentation and reporting of incidents, trends and corrective action plans; maintain clear communication with corporate AP teams.
- Oversee the effective use, maintenance and configuration of security technology, including CCTV and alarm systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive asset protection or loss-prevention leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment.
- Expert knowledge of asset protection standards, procedures and risk controls.
- Proven experience conducting investigations; W-Z or CFI certification strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated people leadership and security supervision capability with strong coaching skills.
- Advanced organizational, reporting and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Experience with security systems and tools (CCTV/alarm systems); ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.

Minimum five years of hands-on asset protection or loss prevention experience with demonstrated leadership of security teams and proven experience in investigations and risk mitigation in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, business or a related field preferred.
