Louis Vuitton Artisan Apprentice in Alvarado, TX — paid 12-month apprenticeship program in leatherworking and luxury manufacturing craftsmanship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work closely with master artisans to learn leatherworking techniques including cutting, stitching, and finishing
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all craft work
- Ensure workspace is clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Handle all tools and equipment with proper care and safety protocols
- Follow detailed instructions and established processes
- Operate manual tools and equipment with coordination and precision
Qualifications
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes precisely
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Capacity to grasp and manipulate objects resourcefully
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish with reading and writing proficiency
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience acceptable; prior knowledge of leatherworking or sewing on leather/canvas is preferred but not required. Genuine passion for craftsmanship and luxury fashion industry is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Comprehensive training provided.
