Louis Vuitton Germany (Munich) seeks an Art Mediation & Exhibition Support Intern — 12‑month fixed contract, full‑time, starting July 2026, based at the Munich head office.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead guided tours of the Espace for groups and individuals, including occasional evening and weekend sessions.
- Maintain and support the exhibition space and exhibition technology, including minor upkeep and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and support group and individual visit logistics and the scheduling of the mediation team.
- Support planning, delivery and on-site management of special events (exhibition openings, Lange Nacht der Museen, special tours).
- Contribute to the development and delivery of target-group educational programmes for children and young people.
- Assist with preparation for two upcoming exhibitions: literature research, newsletter preparation and distribution, outreach to groups, and event support.
- Provide database management support and maintain visitor / outreach records.
- Work on-site in the exhibition space 2–3 days per week, with remaining time at the Louis Vuitton Germany head office.
Qualifications
- Completed or near-complete university degree in art history, cultural management, event management/tourism or a related field.
- First professional experience in the cultural, educational or media sector; prior experience in art mediation is desirable.
- Practical experience with databases and administrative exhibition support.
- Confident use of common office applications and strong written communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, creativity and a proactive, flexible approach to work.
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends for events and visitor programmes.
