Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive project briefs and establish comprehensive project plans with budget consolidation and senior management validation
  • Coordinate with Fashion Office for product selection, shot count alignment, and creative direction
  • Solicit quotes from photographers, videographers, stylists, and creative talent; negotiate budgets and intellectual property rights
  • Manage talent casting processes and coordinate with internal legal teams on intellectual property and contractual obligations
  • Serve as the liaison between creative teams and internal Louis Vuitton divisions including media, digital, and press departments
  • Monitor emerging creative talent and market trends within the art production ecosystem
  • Oversee shoot execution and conduct on-site team briefings to ensure asset compliance with brief and approved creative vision
  • Validate and manage asset delivery processes
  • Coordinate receipt and submission of all production contracts, shooting authorizations, footage, and legal clearances before publication
  • Present project updates and seek approval at each creative and production stage (concept, shoot, budget, delivery)
  • Prepare presentation documentation for senior management review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from a Business School, Communications program, or equivalent university programme
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in art buying, event production, or creative procurement
  • Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder and cross-functional team collaboration

  • Strong leadership capabilities and demonstrated logistics proficiency
